Here we have the .GIF file open in the standard Microsoft Paint program

Here we have opened our graphic file and selected the face area to Copy

Here we have reopened the .GIF File and pasted the area we copied

We have grabbed the sides of the pasted picture and resized it to fit the picture box on the License.

And here is the finished Slut License. Ready to print, trim, laminate and carry proudly.
